Octavius and Brian were fantastic - punctual, friendly, careful and extremely efficient. They packed everything in crates, labelled it by room, protected and dismantled/reassembled our large furniture, and had the entire move finished by 6pm - not bad when you consider they arrived at 8am, started at 9am, took a break and had to navigate 5+ floors at both properties!
Our tall wardrobes wouldn’t fit in the lift, so they dismantled and rebuilt them rather than risk damage. They also moved the freezer last, let it settle at the new property and prioritised getting the contents back in.
We opted for the reusable plastic crates instead of cardboard boxes and would definitely recommend them — sturdy, weather-resistant and much easier to manage. TDS leave them with you to unpack and collect them afterwards.
Bianca was very responsive on WhatsApp, helpful and provided a competitive fixed-price quote after reviewing walkthrough videos.

I paid double what I expected to pay so I would advise to be sure about timings and agree with management and movers. I was shocked with what I had to pay in the end. Try to move smaller items yourself and trust the movers with the bulky and boxes.
